Our custom website design starts at $1,500 all in. That covers design, a hand coded build up to five pages, deployment to hosting in your own name, SSL, analytics, a contact form that delivers, and a 30-day performance audit. Additional pages are $150 each and a self-edit CMS is $1,000. You get a fixed quote before work begins, so the number you sign is the number you pay.

A builder gives you someone else's template with your logo on it, plus the weight of every feature its author imagined and you will never use. We design your site from scratch and write it by hand in Next.js, so it loads faster, looks like your business instead of the last four that bought the same theme, and belongs to you outright. You also get the repository, which builder platforms do not give you.

Three to four weeks from signature to launch is typical. A two week rush build is available for $500 more when the calendar allows. The timeline goes into the contract alongside the price, because a date you cannot rely on is not really a date.

Knoxville is home, but we build across East Tennessee: Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, and the Tri-Cities of Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. The process and the pricing are identical wherever you are, since most of the project happens on a private staging link either way.

Every build ships with the fundamentals that make ranking possible: fast mobile pages, a sitemap, structured data describing your business, service pages named in the words customers actually search, and your service area stated explicitly. Ranking itself also depends on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and how competitive your trade is, and we will tell you straight what to do about those rather than quietly billing you for it.

You own all of it: the repository, the design files, and the domain. Hosting deploys to an account in your own name at no markup, or we manage it for a flat $40 a month if you would rather not think about it. Editing it yourself is the $1,000 CMS add-on, which takes about an hour to learn. Without it, edits come to us.
